Abstract
Vođenje evidencije radnog vremena uposlenika, ne samo da je zakonska obveza poslodavca, već je u većini slučajeva rezultat potrebe poslodavca. Neovisno o zakonodavnoj prisili poslodavci vode evidenciju radnog vremena u svojim poslovnim subjektima. Na tržištu se danas nudi velik broj gotovih programskih rješenja za evidentiranje radnog vremena koja su često integrirana u složene programske sustave za evidentiranje poslovnih procesa, a nerijetko takva programska rješenja zahtijevaju upotrebu skupih specijaliziranih ulaznih uređaja. Mali si poslovni subjekti uobičajeno ne mogu priuštiti takve skupe sustave pa pribjegavaju ručnom vođenju evidencije radnog vremena ili se pak snalaze na način da za evidenciju radnog vremena koriste programska rješenja kojima evidentiranje radnog vremena nije primarna namjena. Kako evidencije radnog vremena proizvode velike količine podataka neadekvatno prikupljeni podaci imaju informacijski potencijal. Da bi se taj problem eliminirao provedeno je istraživanje koje je imalo za cilj sagledati što su to baze podataka, kako se evidentiraju podaci u bazama podataka, koji su zakonski okviri uspostave evidencije radnog vremena zaposlenika, modelirati bazu podatka te izraditi programsko rješenje za evidenciju radnog vremena zaposlenika koje udovoljava svima zakonskim okvirima. U istraživanju je korišten veći broj znanstvenih metoda od koji zasigurno najveći značaj imaju metoda deskriptivnog modeliranja i metoda eksperimenta. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju kako web programska rješenja koja se koriste relacijskom bazom podataka mogu uspješno zamijeniti manualnu evidenciju radnog vremena kao i evidencije koje se vode u programima koji nisu namijenjeni vođenju evidencije radnog vremena. S obzirom da se u bazama podataka podaci bilježe u strukturiranom obliku oni sami po sebi nose značajan informacijski potencijal i mogu pomoći menadžmentu u racionalizaciji radnog vremena uposlenika.
Abstract (english)
Keeping records of employees' working hours is not only a legal obligation of the employer, but in most cases, it is the result of the employer's need. Regardless of the legal obligations, employers keep records of working hours in their business entities. The market today offers a large number of software solutions for recording working hours, which are often integrated into complex software systems for recording business processes, and often such software solutions require the use of a set of specialized input devices. Small business entities usually cannot afford such expensive systems, so they resort to a manual recording of working hours or manage to use software solutions for recording working hours, the primary purpose of which is not to record working hours. As time records produce large amounts of data, inadequately collected data have informational potential. To eliminate this problem, research was conducted to look at what databases are, how data is recorded in databases, which legal frameworks established employee working time records, modeling the database, and creating a software solution for working time records of employees that satisfies all legal frameworks. A large number of scientific methods are used in the research, of which the descriptive modeling and the experimental method are certainly the most important. The results of the research show that web program solutions that use a relational database can successfully replace manual records of working hours, as well as records that are kept in programs that are not intended for keeping records of working hours. Given that the data is recorded in a structured form in the databases, they in themselves carry a significant informational potential and can help the management in rationalizing the working time of the employees.
