Abstract
Utjecaj kulture na međunarodno poslovanje je sve aktualnije i značajnije. Cilj je diplomskog rada je istražiti kako različite kulture utječu na pravila ponašanja i poslovni bonton u međunarodnoj poslovnoj areni. Kultura kao osnovno obilježje svake grupe ljudi čini važnu sastavnicu u oblikovanju identiteta pojedinca, ali i društva u cjelini. Kultura nas uči načinu ponašanja u interakciji s drugim ljudima te nas upućuje kako prihvatiti i razumjeti različitosti kultura. Interkulturalna... More komunikacija je u današnjem poslovanju sve zastupljenija, a od iznimne je važnosti poznavati i razumjeti moguće prepreke interkulturalne komunikacije i načine uspješnog poslovanja s drugim zemljama. Jedan od profesionalnih i osobnih ciljeva svih zaposlenika u suvremenom poslovanju trebao bi biti razvijanje interkulturalnih komunikacijskih vještina kako bi postali što bolji interkulturalni govornici. Različite zemlje imaju različitu kulturu te je od iznimne važnosti unaprijed proučiti kulturne razlike i pravila ponašanja zemlje s kojom se surađuje kako bi poslovanje teklo što jednostavnije i bez kulturoloških namjernih i nenamjernih sukoba. Na primjeru Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, Kine, Ujedinjenih Arapskih Emirata, Velike Britanije i Japana istražit će se pravila koja objašnjavaju načine pozdravljanja, poslovnog odijevanja, poslovnih sastanaka i druženja. Upravo ta pravila ponašanja mogu otežati međunarodno poslovanje, a uspjeh menadžera u poslovanju sve više ovisi o spremnosti prihvaćanja razlika i prilagodbi drugim kulturama. Less
Abstract (english)
The influence of culture on international business is increasingly relevant and significant. The aim of the thesis is to investigate how different cultures influence the rules of conduct and business etiquette in the international business arena. Culture, as a basic characteristic of every group of people, is a component in shaping the identity of an individual, but also of society as a whole. Culture teaches us how to behave in interaction with other people and instructs us on how... More to accept and understand cultural differences. Intercultural communication is increasingly common in today's business, and it is extremely important to know and understand possible obstacles to intercultural communication and ways of doing business with other countries. It is precisely because of the existence of different cultures that intercultural communication arises. The goal of all employees in the modern business should be to develop intercultural communication skills in order to become better intercultural speakers. Different countries have different cultures, and that is why it is very important to study the rules of conduct of the country you are cooperating with in advance so that intercultural business runs as professionally as possible. Using the example of the United States of America, China, the United Arab Emirates, the Great Britain and Japan, the rules explaining the ways of greetings, business dress, business meetings and socializing will be explored. These very rules of conduct can make international business significantly more difficult, and the success of managers in business increasingly depends on the willingness to accept differences and adapt to other cultures.
