Abstract
Odabir željene destinacije i putovanja postaje sve jednostavnije. Sve je lakše pronaći sve potrebno informacije o destinaciji koju turist želi posjetiti. Marketing u turizmu je važna stavka samog turizma. Kroz marketing u turizmu stvara se turist koji se želi ponovno vratiti na destinaciju i koji će rado preporučiti tu destinaciju nekome drugome. Ljudi najviše imaju povjerenja u sebi blisku osobu, kada im netko preporuči određenu destinaciju, proizvod ili uslugu. Osim bliskih osoba često ljudi čitaju i tuđe recenzije kako bi vidjeli tuđa razmišljanja i utiske. Grad Osijek je prepun prirodnih atrakcija, znamenitosti, povijesti, sportskih aktivnosti i manifestacija. Što sve nudi se može vidjeti kroz marketinški mix 7P. Sve više Turistička zajednica Grada Osijeka radi na osmišljavanju novih aktivnosti koje privlače posjetitelje. Kako bi ti dnevni posjetitelji postali turisti veliku ulogu imaju i hoteli. Od nekoliko hotela u Osijeku najpoznatiji su Hotel Osijek, Boutique hotel Tvrđa te Waldinger hotel. Svaki od ova tri hotela ima svoju posebnost i zašto se baš oni uvijek nalaze prvi na različitim tražilicama. Svaki od njih ima svoje snage, slabosti, prilike i prijetnje što je i prikazano u SWOT analizi. Na temelju te analize se može vidjeti kako napraviti strategiju i kako poboljšati posjećivanje i noćenje u hotelu.
Abstract (english)
Choosing the desired destination and traveling are getting easier. lt is becoming easier to find alt the necessary information about the destination that a tourist wants to visit. Marketing in tourism is an important aspect of tourism itself. Marketing in tourism creates a tourist who wants to return to the destination again and who will be happy to recommend that destination to someone else. People have the most confidence in a person etose to them when someone recommends a certain destination, product, or service. ln addition to etose people, people often read other people's reviews to see other people's thoughts and impressions. The city of Osijek is full of natural attractions, sights, history, sports activities and events. What it offers can be seen through the marketing mix of 7P. The Tourist Board of the City of Osijek is increasingly working on designing new activities that attract visitors. In order for these daily visitors to become tourists, hotels play a big role. There are several hotels in Osijek and the most popular are Hotel Osijek, Boutique Hotel Tvra, and Waldinger hotel. Each of these three hotels has its own specialty, which is why they are always found first on different search engines. Each of them has their own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, which are shown in the SWOT analysis. Based on this analysis, it is possible to see how to make a strategy and how to improve visits and overnight stays in the hotel.
