Abstract
Emocionalna inteligencija je sposobnost prepoznavanja, razumijevanja i upravljanja emocijama, ali i emocijama drugih ljudi. Prije svega uspješan poduzetnik mora biti efikasan u upravljanju vremenom, spreman preuzeti rizik, biti dobar vođa, prepoznavati i rješavati probleme koji se javljaju na putu te biti kreativan i inovativan. Sve ove osobine ključ su kako bi poduzetnik bio uspješan, no za daljnji razvoj i poboljšanje važna je emocionalna inteligencija. Komponente od kojih se sastoji... More emocionalna inteligencija su svjesnost o osjećajima, sposobnost kontroliranja emocija, empatija prema drugima te vještine u komunikaciji i upravljanju odnosima. Razumijevanjem njezinih komponenti poduzetnik uviđa svoje snage, ali i slabosti koje će mu pomoći da uspješnije razvija osobine koje krase uspješnog poduzetnika. Pa tako emocionalna inteligencija ima svoj utjecaj na poduzetničke aktivnosti kao što su pregovaranje, inoviranje, kreativnost, upravljanje stresom, motiviranje. Bolje razumijevanje i kontroliranje vlastitih emocija imaju snažan utjecaj na pregovaračke vještine, kao i na sposobnost poduzetnika da budu otvoreni za nove ideje koje se javljaju tijekom inoviranja, ali i kreativnog procesa. Prepoznavanje i regulacija vlastitih emocija te njihovo kontroliranje također igraju ključnu ulogu u suočavanju s neizbježnim stresom koji se svakodnevno javlja u poslu. Kada poduzetnik razvija svijest o sebi i vlastitim emocijama stvara temelj za osobni i poslovni uspjeh. Sve više postaje svjestan kako njegove emocije utječu na kreiranje inovativnijih ideja i donošenje racionalnijih odgovora na pritiske s kojima se susreće. Poduzetnici su suočeni s tržišnim izazovima koji zahtijevaju veću razinu inovativnosti i kreativnosti kako bi bili konkurentniji, što također zahtijeva upravljanje vlastitim emocijama kojima znaju upravljati. U konačnici za uspješnost je važno imati jasnu viziju i postaviti realistične ciljeve, koji se postižu razvijanjem emocionalne inteligencije. Less

Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions, both one's own and those of others. Above all, a successful entrepreneur must be efficient in time management, ready to take risks, a good leader, capable of recognizing and solving problems that arise along the way, and be creative and innovative. All these qualities are key for entrepreneurial success, but emotional intelligence is crucial for further development and improvement. The components of... More emotional intelligence include awareness of emotions, the ability to control emotions, empathy towards others, and skills in communication and relationship management. By understanding these components, an entrepreneur becomes aware of their strengths and weaknesses, which helps them develop the qualities that characterize a successful entrepreneur. As such, emotional intelligence has its impact on entrepreneurial activities such as negotiation, innovation, creativity, and stress management. A better understanding and control of one's own emotions have a strong influence on negotiation skills, as well as on the entrepreneur's ability to be open to new ideas that arise during innovation and the creative process. Recognizing and regulating one's own emotions also play a crucial role in dealing with the inevitable stress that arises in daily business. When an entrepreneur develops self-awareness and understanding of their own emotions, they lay the foundation for personal and business success. They become more aware of how their emotions influence the creation of more innovative ideas and the formulation of more rational responses to the pressures they face. Entrepreneurs are faced with market challenges that require higher levels of innovation and creativity to stay competitive, which also demands managing their emotions effectively.
