Abstract
Osobnost svake poslovne organizacije očituje se u njenoj organizacijskoj kulturi. Organizacijska kultura u posljednjih nekoliko godina postala je krucijalna za uspjeh organizacija zbog svog utjecaja na produktivnost i motivaciju zaposlenika. Ona je temelj nastanka povoljnog imidža i pozitivnog identiteta organizacije. Postoji mnogo definicija organizacijske kulture, ali svi autori slažu se u tome da se ona može pojavljivati na vidljivoj, manje vidljivoj i nevidljivoj razini. Čine je 7 primarnih karakteristika, vidljive i nevidljive sastavnice, nekoliko čimbenika utjecaja, 3 tipologije, a intenzitetom svake od tih stavki određuje se jedna od 6 dominantnih kultura koja je prihvaćena od većine zaposlenika i supkultura koju stvaraju zaposlenici u određenih organizacijskim jedinicama. Svaka stavka detaljno je opisana u radu te je određena i prikazana vrsta organizacijske kulture tvrtke Podravka d.d. Zaposleniku za njegov rad, motiviranost i produktivnost, vrlo je važno prilagoditi se i prihvatiti kulturu organizacije, a za kulturu je važno da je prihvaćena od većine zaposlenika.
Abstract (english)
The personality of every business organization is reflected in its organizational culture. In recent years, organizational culture has become crucial for the success of organizations due to its impact on employee productivity and motivation. It is the basis for creating a favorable image and positive identity of the organization. There are many definitions of organizational culture, but all authors agree that it can appear on a visible, less visible and invisible level. It consists of 7 primary characteristics, visible and invisible components, several influencing factors, 3 typologies, and the intensity of each of these items determines one of the 6 dominant cultures accepted by the majority of employees and subcultures created by employees in certain organizational units. Each item is described in detail in the paper, and the type of organizational culture of the company Podravka d.d. is determined and presented. It is very important for the employee to adapt to and accept the culture of the organization for his work, motivation and productivity, and it is important for the culture that it is accepted by the majority of employees.
