Abstract
Poduzetništvo predstavlja proces stvaranja novih pothvata i modela usmjerenih na profit. Poduzetništvo je važna komponenta o kojoj ovisi gospodarski razvoj i rast. Najzastupljeniji oblik poduzetničke aktivnosti na svijetu je obiteljsko poduzetništvo. Iako se najčešće promatraju kao mala i srednja, obiteljska poduzeća mogu bi i velika i ostvarivati značajne prihode. Neke od prednosti obiteljskih poduzeća su brzo i fleksibilno donošenje odluka, odnos povjerenja među zaposlenicima i dugoročna... More posvećenost razvoju poslovanja. Životni ciklus obiteljskog poduzeća ima svoje razvoje. Problemi u obiteljskim poduzećima se javljaju pri pitanju prijenosu poslovanja na iduće generacije u obitelji kada nerijetko dolazi do konflikata koje neka obiteljska poduzeća teže rješavaju. Entrepreneurship is the process of creating new ventures and profit-oriented models. Entrepreneurship is an important component on which economic development and growth depends. The most represented form of entrepreneurial activity in the world is family entrepreneurship. Although they are most often seen as small and medium-sized, family businesses can be large and generate significant income.
