The purpose of this final thesis is to investigate the types of entrepreneurship in corporations and, with the help of several examples from practice, to analyze the application of corporate entrepreneurship and to present how it relates to the work of organizations. The development of entrepreneurship in a corporation is greatly influenced by managers who need to know how to encourage employees to engage in entrepreneurial behavior and provide an environment in which employees will have the opportunity to initiate and develop innovative projects and achieve their individual and organizational goals. It is very important to emphasize that every organization must have the ability to recognize the need for innovation and creativity. The basic division of corporate entrepreneurship includes strategic entrepreneurship and corporate entrepreneurial ventures. Different types of corporate help organizations to survive on the market, or to reconstruct the organization when it finds itself in an unfavorable position. Several advantages and disadvantages that may appear when using one of the types of corporate entrepreneurship are highlighted. Using the methods of description, induction and deduction, the concepts of entrepreneurship and corporate entrepreneurship, as well as the topics of this final thesis, were investigated and described. The conclusion of this final paper is based on the fact that every company must be aware of changes in the environment because such changes have a great impact on their business. For this reason, they must be innovative and change their products or services in order to successfully achieve and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
