Abstract
Rad se bavi pitanjem kako logistika utječe na prodavaonice te zašto je upravo logistika bitna funkcija poslovanja, u ovom slučaju, prodavaonice. Prodavaonica je širok pojam i sukladno tome u radu će se spomenuti koji su tipovi danas najčešći. Najveća usmjerenost je na prodavaonicama odjeće i obuće, razlog je taj što se promatra trgovački subjekt kojemu je to djelatnost. Kroz terenska istraživanja i intervju s voditeljem logistike dobit će se jasnija slika kako u stvarnosti funkcionira logistika u prodavaonici, koje su njene zadaće te kako olakšava rad i doprinosi trgovcima u konkurentnosti na tržištu. Nadalje, kako se spominje mijenjanje logistike kroz povijest tako će se spominjati i pretpostavke koje su temelj za budućnost logističkih procesa.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the question of how logistics affects stores and why exactly logistics is an essential business function, in this case, of a store. Store is a broad term and accordingly, the paper will mention which types are the most common today. The biggest focus is on clothing and footwear stores, the reason being that we are looking at a commercial entity for which this is a branch. Through field research and an interview with the logistics manager, you will get a clearer picture of how logistics actually works in the store, what its tasks are, and how it facilitates work and contributes to retailers' competitiveness on the market. Furthermore, as changes in logistics throughout history are mentioned, the assumptions that are the basis for the future of logistics processes will also be mentioned
