Abstract
Obiteljsko poduzetništvo se sastoji od dvije nezavisne varijable, a one su obitelj i poduzetništvo. Obitelj je društvena zajednica koja je povezana srodstvom, a njena osnova je brak. Osnova svakog obiteljskog poduzeća je obitelj te bez obitelji taj pojam ne bi mogao postojati. Obiteljsko poduzeće je kompleksnije u odnosu na neobiteljsko iz razloga što je potrebno održavati kvalitetne odnose u obitelji kako se poduzeće ne bi raspalo. Obiteljsko se poduzeće može prikazati kroz četiri... More različite faze. U prvoj fazi prisutan je samo osnivač, druga faza uključuje prvu generaciju u obitelji, odnosno djecu osnivača. Treća faza je druga generacija nasljednika te su u njoj prisutni unuci. Za vrijeme četvrte faze prisutni su praunuci osnivača i daljnja rodbina, no ta faza rijetko zaživi. Druga generacija nema jednostavan zadatak pri upravljanju poduzećem jer su tu prisutne značajke kao manjak motiva za rad, sporiji napredak i jačanje konkurencije. Osim toga, u drugoj generaciji primarni je zadatak pronaći odgovarajuća rješenja za rast i razvoj obiteljskog poduzeća kako se ne bi ugasila tradicija. Oko trećine obiteljskih poduzeća uspije doći u drugu generaciju, a kada se uzme u obzir da je riječ od oko 60 godina poslovanja zaključuje se da je to poduzeće izuzetno uspješno. Less
Abstract (english)
Family entrepreneurship consists of two independent variables, namely family and entrepreneurship. A family is a social community connected by kinship, and its basis is marriage. The basis of every family business is the family, and without the family the concept of family business could not exist. A family business is more complex than a non-family business because it is necessary to maintain quality relationships in the family so that the business does not fall apart. A family... More business can be presented through four different phases. In the first phase, only the founder is present, the second phase includes the first generation in the family, i.e. the children of the founder. The third phase is the second generation of heirs and grandchildren are present in it. During the fourth phase, the founder's great-grandchildren and further relatives are present, but this phase rarely comes to life. The second generation does not have an easy task when managing a company, because there are features such as low motivation to work, slower progress and stronger competition. In addition, in the second generation, the primary task is to find appropriate solutions for the growth and development of the family business so that the tradition does not die out. About a third of family businesses manage to reach the second generation, and when you take into account that this is about 60 years of business, it can be concluded that the company is extremely successful.
