Abstract
Emocionalna inteligencija je sve značajnija komponenta efikasnog liderstva u današnjem poslovnom okruženju. Ova sposobnost razumijevanja, upravljanja i reagiranja na emocije, kako kod sebe tako i kod drugih, postaje ključni faktor za ostvarivanje uspješnih rezultata i održavanje pozitivnih radnih odnosa. U liderstvu, emocionalna inteligencija omogućava dublje razumijevanje timskih članova, bolju komunikaciju i konstruktivno rješavanje konflikata. Emocionalno inteligentni lideri također mogu motivirati svoje suradnike, inspirirati ih ka zajedničkim ciljevima i stvoriti produktivnu radnu atmosferu. Ovaj sažetak istražuje ključne komponente emocionalne inteligencije u kontekstu liderstva i analizira njen utjecaj na organizacijske rezultate. Shvaćanje važnosti emocionalne inteligencije postaje neophodno za moderno liderstvo, s obzirom na sve veću kompleksnost izazova s kojima se lideri suočavaju u dinamičnim radnim okruženjima.
Abstract (english)
Emotional intelligence is an increasingly important component of effective leadership in today's business environment. This ability to understand, manage and react to emotions, both in oneself and in others, becomes a key factor for achieving successful results and maintaining positive working relationships. In leadership, emotional intelligence enables deeper understanding of team members, better communication and constructive resolution of conflicts. Emotionally intelligent leaders can also motivate their co-workers, inspire them towards common goals and create a productive work atmosphere. This brief explores the key components of emotional intelligence in the context of leadership and analyses its impact on organizational performance. Understanding the importance of emotional intelligence is becoming necessary for modern leadership, given the increasing complexity of the challenges leaders face in dynamic work environments.
