Abstract
Upravljanje opskrbnim lancima je ključna stavka svake organizacije ukoliko žele biti uspješne na tržištu. Kako bi organizacija imala konkurentsku prednost te bila uspješna važno je udovoljiti zahtjevima i potrebama kupaca te imati nadzor i kontrolu nad svim procesima (procesi proizvodnje, trgovine, transporta, skladištenja i sl.) od trenutka dobivanja sirovina pa sve do prodaje gotovog proizvoda potrošaču. Informacijske tehnologije predstavljaju neizostavan dio upravljanja opskrbnim lancima jer... More se informacije brzo prenose što poboljšava komunikaciju te omogućuje bolji protok informacija te samim time stvara preduvjet za bolji tok proizvoda i usluga te se sve obavlja u puno kraćem vremenskom razdoblju. Cilj i svrha ovog rada su opisati neke od informacijskih tehnologija te će naglasak biti na RFID-u kako bi se prikazala važnost i jednostavnost korištenja istog u organizacijama. RFID predstavlja skraćenicu za radio frekvencijsku identifikaciju i danas se koristi na raznim područjima posebice u transportu i logistici te proizvodnji. Opisuje se kao beskontaktna komunikacijska tehnika koja prenosi informacije za identifikaciju te funkcionira na način da s jedne strane sadrži nosač podataka, a s druge strane čitač podataka. Kako bi se najlakše opisala upotreba RFID tehnologije provest će se istraživanje te uspostaviti određene hipoteze kako bi se ispitala uspješnost RFID tehnologije u organizaciji. Organizacija koja će se ispitati u radu je H&M (Hennes & Mauritz AB) odnosno Švedska multinacionalna tvrtka koja se bavi proizvodnjom i prodajom odjeće. Istraživanje će se provesti metodom anketiranja i intervjuiranja, a rezultatima se utvrdilo da RFID oznake djelomično pretvaraju upravljanje zalihama u automatsku i digitalnu funkciju jer uz RFID potreban je i rad čovjeka kako bi proces bio uspješan. Utvrđeno je također da RFID ne pruža stopostotnu točnost te da postoji mogućnost odstupiti do 4%. Zadnja hipoteza pokazala je da je manja vjerojatnost da će kupci posjetiti trgovinu ukoliko web stranica ne pruža pregled dostupnosti zaliha. Prema postavljenim hipotezama može se utvrditi kako je korištenje RFID-a važno za poslovanje no i dalje je potrebno paziti na moguće greške koje će RFID pružati. Less

Supply chain management is a key element of any organization if they want to be successful in the market. In order for the organization to have a competitive advantage and be successful, it is important to meet the demands and needs of customers and to have supervision and control over the production process from the moment of obtaining the raw material until the sale of the finished product to the consumer. Information technologies represent an indispensable part of supply chain management... More because information is transferred quickly, which improves communication, routine tasks, and everything is done in a much shorter period of time. The aim and purpose of this paper is to describe some of the information technologies, and the emphasis will be on RFID in order to show the importance and ease of its use in organizations. RFID is an abbreviation for radio frequency identification and today it is used in various fields, especially in transport and logistics and production. It is described as a non-contact communication technique that transmits information for identification and functions in such a way that it contains a data carrier on one side and a data reader on the other. In order to most easily describe the use of RFID technology, research will be conducted and certain hypotheses will be established in order to examine the success of RFID technology in the organization. The organization that will be examined in the paper is H&M (Hennes & Mauritz AB), that is, a Swedish multinational company engaged in the production and sale of clothing. The research will be conducted using the method of surveying and interviewing, and the results show that RFID tags partially turn inventory management into an automatic and digital function, because in addition to RFID, human work is also needed for the process to be successful. It was also established that RFID does not provide 100% accuracy and that there is a possibility of deviation of up to 4%. The last hypothesis showed that customers are less likely to visit a store if the website does not provide an overview of stock availability. According to the set hypotheses, it can be determined that the use of RFID is important for business, but it is still necessary to be careful about the possible errors that RFID will provide. Less
