Abstract
E-marketing je realizacija marketinških principa i tehnika putem elektroničkih medija, točnije interneta. E-marketing je omogućio izravan odnos s kupcem, razmjenu informacija i primjenu dobivenih povratnih informacija u poslovanju nekog subjekta. Turizam je najbrže rastuća grana ekonomije, a mnogi poslovni subjekti koji s bave turizmom u svome poslovanju koriste e-marketing. Jedan dio e-marketinga su i digitalni kanali komunikacije koji se mogu primjenjivati u poslovanju, a to su društvene... More mreže i platforme za iznajmljivanje. U ovome se radu istražuju digitalni kanali komunikacije turističkih poslovnih subjekata. Cilj je ovoga rada istražiti i utvrditi osnovna obilježja digitalnog marketinga, koji se kanali digitalne komunikacije primjenjuju u turizmu te što znači digitalna prisutnost turističkog poslovnog subjekta. Digitalna prisutnost turističkog poslovnog subjekta opisana je na primjeru „Maistra“ d.d. „Maistra je jedna od vodećih turističkih tvrtki u Republici Hrvatskoj, a u svome poslovanju koriste različite oblike digitalnog marketinga. Digitalno poslovanje tome turističkom subjektu omogućilo je doticaj sa širom publikom, stvaranje tržišne konkurentnosti te samim time ostvarivanje većih prihoda. Less

E-marketing is the realization of marketing principles and techniques through electronic media, more precisely the Internet. E-marketing has enabled direct relationship with the customer, exchange of information and application of received feedback in the business of an entity. Tourism is the fastest growing branch of the economy, and many business entities involved in tourism use e-marketing in their business. This paper explores the digital communication channels of tourism business entities. The main goal of this paper is to investigate and determine the basic characteristics of digital marketing, which digital communication channels are used in tourism, and what the digital presence of a tourist business entity means. The digital presence of a tourist business entity is described on the example of “Maistra” d.d. “Maistra” is one of the leading tourism companies in the Republic of Croatia, and they use different forms of digital marketing in their business.
