Abstract
Liderske vještine krucijalan su element efikasnog lidera i uspješno vođenog tima, organizacije ili projekta. Ovaj set vještina razlikuje izvanrednog lidera od onih prosječnih, razlog tomu je taj što biti dobar lider ne znači imati autoritet nad zaposlenicima, to znači imati sposobnost inspiriranja te motiviranja ljudi oko sebe. Uz posjedovanje spomenutih vještina, od lidera se očekuje da ima razvijenu emocionalnu inteligenciju kako bi znao razumjeti i uzeti u obzir osjećaje i potrebe drugih ljudi, sve s ciljem donošenja što boljih odluka u korist organizacije. Mnogi autori vjeruju kako su komunikacijske vještine one najvažnije za uspješno upravljanje ljudima, dobri lideri moraju biti dobri komunikatori. Jedna od zadaća lidera je prenošenje informacija, na način koji je razumljiv, jasan i prihvatljiv osobama koje te informacije primaju. Otvorena i transparentna komunikacija povećava osjećaj povjerenja unutar tima. Menadžeri nastoje upravljati kroz druge ljude, stoga je neupitno koliko je važno imati motivirane zaposlenike. Zadaća lidera je da svojim podređenima omoguće što bolje radne uvjete koji će ih motivirati da svoje zadaće obavljaju uz maksimalan trud. Kako bi zaposlenici bili motivirani, oni u lideru moraju pronaći inspiraciju i poistovjetiti se s njim. Komunikacija, aktivno slušanje, empatija, sposobnost donošenja odluka, delegiranje te inspirativno vođenje neke su od ključnih komponenti koji karakteriziraju odlično vođu.
Abstract (english)
Leadership skills are a crucial element of an effective leader and a successfully managed team, organization, or project. This skill set distinguishes an exceptional leader from the average ones, as the essence of being a good leader isn't about having authority over employees; it's about the ability to inspire and motivate the people around them. In addition to possessing the mentioned skills, leaders are expected to have developed emotional intelligence to understand and consider the feelings and needs of others, all with the aim of making better decisions for the organization. Many authors believe that communication skills are the most important for successfully managing people; good leaders must be good communicators. One of the leader's tasks is to convey information in a manner that is understandable, clear, and acceptable to the individuals receiving that information. Open and transparent communication enhances the sense of trust within the team. Managers strive to manage through other people, which underscores how crucial it is to have motivated employees. It's the leader's task to provide their subordinates with favorable working conditions that will motivate them to perform their tasks with maximum effort. To achieve motivated employees, they must find inspiration in the leader and identify with them. Communication, active listening, empathy, decision-making ability, delegation, and inspirational guidance are some of the key components that characterize an excellent leader.
