Abstract
U ovome radu obrađivat će se teorije motivacije zaposlenika , kao i sama motivacija te što na nju utječe. U uvodnome poglavlju definirat će se ciljevi i struktura rada, dok će se u poglavlju metodologija rada definirati metode koje su korištene prilikom pisanja samoga rada. Nadalje, u sljedećim poglavljima obrađivat će se sadržajne, procesne i suvremene teorije motivacije. Sadržajne teorije koje će biti obrađene su: teorija hijerarhije potreba, teorija motivacije postignuća, dvofaktorska teorija motivacije te McGregorova teorija motivacije. Što se tiče procesnih teorija, obradit će se: Vroomov kognitivni model motivacije, Porter Lawrerov integrativni model motivacije, ABCD model te Adamsova teorija pravednosti. Od suvremenih teorija obradit će se: teorija postavljanja ciljeva, teorija pojačanja te teorija očekivanja. Također, spomenut će se i primjeri dva poduzeća te kako i na koje načine oni motiviraju svoje zaposlenike. U zadnjem poglavlju zaključka sumirat će se najbitnije o teorijama motivacije i o samoj motivaciji te će se istaknuti važnost njihova korištenja u svakodnevnim aktivnostima menadžera koji pomoću njih mogu ostvariti željene rezultate.
Abstract (english)
This work will deal with employee motivation theories, as well as motivation itself and what affects it. In the introductory chapter, the goals and structure of the work will be defined, while in the methodology chapter, the methods that were used when writing the work will be defined. Furthermore, the following chapters will deal with content, process and modern theories of motivation. Content theories that will be covered are: the theory of the hierarchy of needs, the theory of achievement motivation, the two-factor theory of motivation and McGregor's theory of motivation. For the process theories, following will be covered: Vroom's cognitive model of motivation, Porter Lawrer's integrative model of motivation, the ABCD model and Adams' theory of fairness. Among the modern theories, the following will be discussed: the theory of goal setting, the theory of reinforcement and the theory of expectations. Also, examples of two companies will be mentioned and how and in what ways they motivate their employees. In the last chapter of the conclusion, the most important points about motivation theories and motivation itself will be summarized, and the importance of their use in the daily activities of managers who can use them to achieve desired results will be highlighted.
