Today, the more and more conceptof "Ethics" appears as a reason for thecompany's successand is identified with the notions of morality and behavior. This final work is dividedinto 3 parts. In the first part we will detail all the important notions of this topic, from ethics and management, ethics and morals, and the link between ethics and business. After the first conceptual explanation, the theoretical part of ethics in the organization will follow, where are the ethics subjects, where ethics is applied to the enterprise, its purpose and purpose, the concept of ethnic codes and the ways of approaching ethics in the organization. The theoretical and conceptual will explain the difference between ethics of unethical behavior, the notion of egoism and its impact on ethics in the enterprise and which are often the dilemma of ethics in decision-making. The paper will also clarify the notion of socially responsible business that is closely related to ethics in the enterprise. It will also explain the models, types, strategies and dimension sofsocially responsible business that affect the company as well as the whole enterprise and their business. The last part of this paper will be devoted to the example of ethical code and socially responsible business in HEP d.o.o.
