Every company has their own special communication rules. However, when we consider principles of business communication common rules are used for every business organization. Those common rules refers to different ways of communication, types of communication as well as hierarchical processes in business communication. Business communication includes different ideas, knowledges, and exchange of information with the aim of performing some business activity. This is formal communication which has a strong impact not only on working relationships within individual organization, but also beyond organization. The objective of this work is to point out or draw attention to different features of business communication as well as to demonstrate different elements of communication processes in business communication as important factors in developing relations in business organization. While observing business communication of some companies, at the end of the work we can conclude that if organizations want to develop successful business communication first they have to set out rules for that kind of communication. Every employee should bear in mind what successful business communication actually is and it is of crucial importance that all employees are involved in communication process. Business communication is not only done or practiced outside of organization but also inside of that organization. Therefore, it is this internal communication that is the key of good external communication. So the organizations that want to keep successful business communication have to ensure different medias and communication channels for each employee regardless in order to ensure, for every person associated with business organization, communication without major and unnecessary limitations.
