This paper work is a procesing the restructuring of agricultural drugstores as a part of agricultural food concerns system. Due to the extremely extensive and complex themes, paper work will be conceived through several units. Considering that only a certain part of the businness activity or the system in the agricultural food oncerns is handled in ittroductory considerations, the subjectand the aims of the reasrch are clearly defined, and the hypotheses of the research are set out. Various research in practice has shown great ignorance, bad perceptions, and a lighter understanding of the cocnept of restructuring or restructuring process by menagement in business organizations. Restructuring business organizations is a complex economic concept that carries unlimited range of methods and business activities that need to be professionaly and thoroughly tailored in a proper and meaningful way tp make this pocesss successful. Due to all the above, as well as various approaches and opinions on the process of restrucuring, theoretical considerations of the concept of restructuring or of the process of restructuring towards different authors and their views on the subject matter have been elaborated. Theoretical considerations include conceptual definition of restructuring as well as types of restructuring with all key models and elements of the process itself. In the partical part, a complete analysis of the business issues of agricultural drugstores has been caried out in order to accurately determine all business problems that arise due to the very difficult adaptation to all newly emerging market conditions of agricultural food concerns and their system. Analysis of the current state of affairs or situations are made with precisely defined goals which are needed to achieve a radical turnaround in business. After a clear definition of the objectives, concrete measures were taken to achieve improvements in agricultural drugstore operations and the achievement of defined goals. The whole restructuring model processed in this paper work was aimed to creating competitive advantages and flexibility of the entire system, when will ba a guarantee for further survival and the development of agricultural drugstore operations within the agricultural food concerns.
