Communication represents the process of exchange of information, ideas and/or feelings of verbal and nonverbal channels adapted to the social nature of the situation. The key of creating communication itself is the need for it. Communication exists from earliest times as a way of expression, but the earliest information about the discussions were recorded in Plato's time. Initially, it was considered that communication of rhetoric, or its emergence, was necessary to possess the skills of public performance. It is very important for every organization and its "healthy" functioning. Any communication within or outside the enterprise can lead to conflicts. Conflict is a situation that can undermine the creation of a "healthy" and efficient environment in the organization as it raises arguments, dissatisfaction, stress, and poor performance. To make communication work in the company, it is important to establish good interpersonal relationships in the same. They represent one of the most important management activities. The organization is actually a group of people organized in smaller groups of individuals in teams or groups of smaller teams whose relationships are actually the relationship between individual and individual at the workplace level, between the group and the other group at the level of the drive etc. The diversity of relationships is determined by the diversity of interests and mutual relationships , and are always linked to common goals. This final work will attempt to explain the importance of communication and interpersonal relationships in the enterprise, how good communication can be built, the emergence of conflicts and how to resolve them.
