This paper describes the way and characteristics of team management. Team management is today considered to be one of the biggest challenges for modem management. There are many reasons. The first reason can be related to the fact that a large number of business processes depend on a team and team work, which means that team organization no longer implies only communication within the team, but also communication between teams. Another important reason is related to the motivation of the teams, whereby various forms of motivation are considered important for the successful operation of the teams. And the third reason for team management complexity is related to business processes within teams that need to be well defined so that they will ultimately have the best result. The aim of this paper was to define the management style of the teams with respect to the team's goals and environment. Team Leadership is closely related to the kind of teams and ways of team organization. The structure of the work is divided into four chapters. In the first chapters of the work problem, the team features, how to form teams and factors that influence the team's formation. Drawing on the basics of teamwork organized in the final work section, the characteristics and models of team management are described. The paper concludes with a conclusion summarizing the overall work, which concludes that team management is important for its sustainability and team goals. The structure of the work is divided into four works. The first part of the paper is an introduction defining the subject, purpose, goal, method and structure of the work. The second part of the paper is a theoretical review of the organization and management of the team. The third part of the paper presents the methods of team leadership and motivation as a key management team component that did not achieve optimal business results and achieved business goals. The work ends with a conclusion.
