In this thesis it is shown the role, importance and variety of bussines communication types in organization. Success of each organization is directly connected with the quality of communication system inside of it. Communication is a process of sharing informations, a process of transferring messages from source to the reciever and it is in the center of all organizational functions. Basic elements of every communication processes are sender, message, reciever, coding, communication channel, decoding, receiver, feedback, disturbances and obstacles. Communication process is explained by communication models which can help to detect communication problem and to undertake suitable steps to solve the issue. There is also a variety of communication structures that need to make the information flow faster, simple and distinct which altogether represents prerequisite of successful communication. Throughout this thesis it is explained what are the main goals of communication and also how to manage internal business communication. Each organization consists of different communication networks which can be formal or informal. Formal communication network follows preset rules and directions that define who, what and when is the certain action supposed to undertake while informaln networks are based on personal relations whic do not follow preset direction. Multicultural organizations are consisted of employees that come from different parts of the world, different cultures and they all work together on reaching corporate objectives. In this unique type of organizations there is a obvious relation between culture, communication and human behaviour. They can use multiculturality as a strength in many different ways, but this characteristics can represent huge barrier and obstacle in accomplishing successful communication. Employees of multicultural organizations have to obtain special skills and knowledge in order to work successfully in such a unique environment. The example of multicultural organization is humanitarian medical orgnization MAGNA. They work on global level and it is shown how does internal business communiation works in such a specific organization.
