The topic of this final paper is the analysis of communication, its processes and forms, as well as the specifics of internal communication within the organization. In the first part of the paper, the concept of communication and communication processes are considered in detail. Forms of communication are divided into verbal and non-verbal with an emphasis on their importance in everyday interaction. Attention was also paid to electronic communication, which has become an indispensable tool in modern business, facilitating the quick and efficient exchange of information. The paper also explores the relationship between managers and employees, emphasizing how quality communication can improve the work atmosphere, motivation and overall productivity. In addition, the principles of successful communication are presented, which are essential for the effective exchange of information. The second part of the paper focuses on internal communication, its importance and directions within the company. Formal and informal forms of communication and their role in structuring organizational relationships and processes are analyzed. Preparations that can hinder successful internal communication, including organizational barriers and personal disagreements, are also considered. The aim of this paper is to provide a detailed insight into various aspects of communication, emphasizing the importance of developing communication competences. Quality communication is not only the key to successful business, but also to improving the quality of life of each individual, which emphasizes its universal value and use.
