Final paper is composed of four integrative assignments. Each semester of the postgraduate specialist studies “Entrepreneurship” ended with integrative assignment undertaken based on the knowledge acquired during studies. For completion of first integrative task, knowledge from the following courses has been applied: Entrepreneurship from a policy perspective, Entrepreneurial skills and Creativity and innovation. The task was to interview a person from the public or private sector, to analyze the impact of the Internet and the globalization on her/his life, and identify person's entrepreneurial behavior. Second integrative assignment was a team project which included colleagues Juraj Vuksanić, Mirjana Zoretić and Katica Križanović. The team has been challenged to create its entrepreneurial venture with a high-quality business plan. Type of business and the vision were described, analysis of the market conducted, and marketing and financial plan developed. Knowledge and skills acquired at the second semester of studies have enabled team members do develop all elements of the business plan. Case study of the Toplineco Company in a form of written test was the third integrative project. The task was to write a final report within two hours after the case was presented, to identify and analyze problems, provide quality recommendations for solutions and give projection of given recommendations benefits and risks. Integrative assignment of the fourth semester has been based on the final project for the course Strategy of growth for small and medium sized enterprises. Colleague Mirjana Zoretić participated in completion of this team project. The task was to create a consultancy report on the potential of growth for the Veterinary station Vukovar, based on the growth model thought as a part o the above-mentioned course. Company's business was analyzed and recommendations were given for further growth and development.
