Non-profit organizations have the primary goal by providing services to the non-profit society and are concerning being in service to the public. Funding comes through donations, membership and others, it's mostly made by volunteers and workers. They are "agents of humanitarian changes" existing to improve human lives, to serve society and are very important to the quality of life in society. The aim of this paper is to define main characteristics of non-profit organization, their particularities and their responsibility to the society. Distinguish between culture and creative industires. On one side, we have the one`s that incude the production of symbolic goods (movies, music, TV programs ecc.), while on the other side we have knowledge and skills, their reproduction and distribution. Creative industries include a wider range of activities which include cultural industries based on knowledge and skills, capacity turning knowledgement in to new knowledges and ideas that impact inovation i concrete implementation. Whole creative and cultural industries is managed on smart and sustainable way with a goal of making image of Republic of Croatia as creative country with rich cultural heritage and tradicion. In cultural and creative industries, insecurity of working is more pronounced because of short-term contracts dominating for that sector, as well a very high subjective investment in work by the worker and insecurity contractual conditions under which is work takes. Croatian cluster of competitivness in creative and cultural industries is founded in order of promoting, developing and improving competitivness with exelence in creative and cultural industries. Labor association for young people („Breza“) is non-goverment and non-profit organization of civil sociaty with a goal of giving support for children and young people who are lacking proper family support. This association serves as an example in research in this final paper.
