Communication is the foundation and condition for success in all interpersonal, private and business relationships. Someone is in them more and someone less successful. Assertiveness means representing and realizing your own needs and interests not in an aggressive way and not on the intentions of other people. This is a kind of behavior in which a person is actively advancing towards his or her goal and takes the necessary actions for his or her realization. It is located between the passivity in which a person is an inactive object that responds to the situations imposed by his life and aggression in which a person would do anything to achieve his goal. An assertive person creates his own destiny and manages his life in all domains of life (work, family, interpersonal relationships). Also, its importance is recognized by the company, so it can be said that it is necessary for a healthy functioning of both an individual and a company. Shyness is multifaceted and is considered a function of personality and situation, and conditions of the environment, especially those chronic, are decisive in determining the degree to which the biological tendency will be updated to the shyness during life. Shyness carries a risk factor, but at the same time protects against bad influence. Conflict as an everyday occurrence both in family and business life presents both danger and opportunity. In moderate doses it can be motivating and not necessarily destructive. It can be said that it is to some extent welcome in each team, because it is not a team if it has not faced the conflict issues among its members. If it supports the achievement of team goals, we consider it positive or functional, otherwise it is inconsistent and negative.
