Aim of this paper is to describe relationship between company and environment, as well as dependence between themselves. The paper comprises of theoretical and practical segment. Theoretical segment describes basics and critical terms of company environmental influence; environment uncertainty and their standards, environmental stability, way that company approaches its environment, environmental stratification – internal and external company environment. Practical segment focuses on external company environment, which is demonstrated on profile of local company Folding d.o.o. Company deals with few connected business activities and this paper describes their non toxic waste management business. Considering current global trends in terms of ecology, one can say that manipulation of non toxic wastes is critical business for our country and this paper is demonstrating PEST environment influence on above mentioned company. This paper presents influence of trends and factors that are not controllable by company, with an overview of issues that are developed by close relation of environment and company. Besides, the paper analyzes some stakeholders and proposes company strategy to deal with them. The matrix of stakeholders’ influences is presented graphically, so it can describe company focus on most relevant ones. Finally, the paper describes business options that company has with regard to all the challenges that external environment brings to the table.
