In this final paper, we will write about interpersonal business communication, how it is implemented and implemented in organizations. Organizations are constantly receiving attention that seeks to improve and enhance communication between employees of an organization. Communication methods are tailored to maximize the overall performance of the organization. In this paper we will write about communication, its forms and processes.We will also explain business communication, its importance, principles and forms of business communication. Of course we will also write about interpersonal communication competence, cognitive and behavioral skills, fear of communication. Furthermore, we will write about the process of communication perception, assertiveness, shyness and conflicts in communication. We will also be writing about interpersonal communication in different contexts and small group communication and organizational communication. The last part of the paper presents an interview we conducted between 12 student center staff working in student canteens in the workplace of a salesman. Interviews revealed that student canteen employees communicate most orally and are aware that they are constantly using non-verbal communication when communicating. The purpose of the paper is to present the means, ie the determinants that the organization applies in order to achieve the best possible interpersonal business communication to its employees and increase the success of the business of the whole organization.
