In today's business world, there is a big competition between organizations and they want to distinguish themselves, keep their existing customers and attract new customers. This is why it is advisable that the organization cares about the quality of their products and services. Customers appreciate quality and written evidence that it exists, therefore, organizations intro duce recognizable quality standards such as ISO standards. The most famous standard of quality managemnt is ISO 9001. ISO 9001: 2008 is an international standard related to quality management. It is applicable to all organizations, regardless the type of activity and size of the organization itself. It particularly specify requirements for quality management where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently realize products that satisfy customer requirements and it aims to increase customer satisfaction with the proper application of the system. It includes processes for continual improvement of the system and insurance approval with the requirements of customers and valid legitimate requirements. Written evidence that the organization has the standard ISO is certificate that customers know to ask to see to make sure that the products satisfy certain requirements. Except the certificate, each organization must have a Quality Manual, which should be made public. It serves for a better understanding of the process of the organization and getting information about who is responsible for what in the organization.
