In present world, where changes are more frequent and uncertain, stress and time management, is the key determinant of the 21st century and is the foundation for the successful functioning of private and business life. To reduce stress, many people try to find a solution on social media that is often not professional and accurate which can have the opposite effect on reducing stress. This paper defines the concept of stress and presents methods and tools that are used for successful stress and time management in the organization. Also, the reactions of individuals in the organization to stress are shown. Types of stress were analyzed and it was explained how a certain type of stress has a positive effect on the individual and work in the organization. The focus is on identifying, reducing and eliminating stress and organizing time. In order for an organization to remain competitive and make a profit, there are various pressures on individuals that cause stress. Management should place emphasis on employees and thus timely identify stress and, accordingly, minimize it. Thus, in addition to stress management, proper time management encourages proactivity and the achievement of satisfactory results. The conclusion is that there are various techniques, methods and strategies that help with stress management and time management such as delegation, Post-it system, Eisenhower's rule, but it is crucial to choose the method that best suits the individual. Greater management investment is needed in reducing and preventing stress in the organization.
