Quality has become the primary and strategic objective of every company that wants to survive in the market and to be competitive, both on domestic and on the international market. High quality and its improvement is primarily for all business processes and employees and there has been placed no simple challenge in front of management of organization – Quality Management. Quality management achieves the target of quality through planning, monitoring, ensuring and improving quality through management activities arising from the established policy and plans for quality and this happens in the context of the quality system. The modern approach to the quality management is trying to improve the quality by research of causes and places of defects formation, their elimination at the source and by preventing their occurrence with preventive actions. Modern approach refers to Total Quality Management (TQM), business philosophy of continuous quality improvement which not only aim to satisfy the needs and desires of customer, but also to exceed their expectation, and to create long-term trust of customers to the product and manufacturer, and thus ensure long-term success of the organization. The concept of Total Quality Management presupposes the participation of all employees in the process of continuous quality improvement at all levels of the organization, it represents the way of life of the organization or the culture of the organization.
