With the aforementioned activities, the company ensures that it hires competent and motivated employees who will ensure the growth and success of the company on the market. The paper describes the selection of employees on the examples of companies PBZ Grupa, INA Grupa and HEP. The listed companies represent a practical example of how different organizations can apply employee selection methods. Improving the employee selection process is important for every company because it enables the identification of the most competent candidates with all the necessary knowledge and skills. The aim of the paper is to investigate and analyze the employee selection process, its key components, and the methods and techniques used in practice, as this contributes to a better understanding and more effective implementation of employee selection, which is a prerequisite for success and competitiveness in the market.
