It is undeniably that a man is the main driver and key factor of every organization, it is people that achieve the goals set by their managers. On the other hand, managers need to be leaders in planning, organizing, managing, controlling, and motivating their employees for better success and business. Of course, managers want to control the outcomes and for that reason they reach for employee manipulation to make sure they reach their full potential. In order to use manipulation, they have to deal with communicative skills perfectly, both verbal and nonverbal. The roots of manipulation go into psychology without which today's management could not function. Psychology tells us that there is a deeper meaning behind the contemporary term economist, because as long as the economists tried to suppress the consequences of a problem, without psychology this problem would not have been recognized or identified as a cause of the problem. From all this, economics and psychology work together to achieve the best results. There are a lot of manipulation techniques, one of them – employee manipulation with awarding techniques, will be explained in more detail. First, it is crucial to identify the difference between motivation and manipulation in order to understand the concept of manipulation as clear as possible. What makes the difference between manipulation and motivation is that motivating people implies encouraging people to achieve goals, both personal and organizational, while manipulation implies referring someone to something because we want it to be done. Of course, manipulation techniques can be used on all people, but in this paper we will only discuss manipulation of employees.
