The tourist offer today is extremely large, and the tourist industry is extremely developed. Given the offer of tourist destinations in the world, tourists must continuously monitor what is happening in the tourist market, and tourist destinations must continuously expand their offer. Tourist boards are non-profit and everything they do should be for the common good of the community in which they operate. They are established with the aim of connecting participants in the tourist market of a tourist destination, developing the tourist offer of a tourist destination and promoting a tourist destination. Croatia is a well-known tourist destination and has a developed system of tourist boards, which includes local tourist boards, regional tourist boards, the Tourist Board of the City of Zagreb and the Croatian Tourist Board. In the area of Osijek-Baranja County, the regional tourist board - the Tourist Board of Osijek-Baranja County - is active. One of the ways in which tourist communities contribute to the development of a tourist destination and attract tourists to visit a particular tourist destination is communication via the Internet. Most of the communication that tourist communities practice with tourists today takes place via the internet, i.e. websites, social networks and online advertisements. For several years now, the Osijek-Baranja County Tourist Board has been actively working to create a new identity "Visit Slavonia and Baranja" both online and in the physical world. It is more than successful in that, and the results are visible in the fact that Osijek-Baranja County attracts more and more tourists every year thanks to the diverse offer that it continuously supplements and successfully promotes via the Internet.
